Unfortunately, numerous inconveniences plagued the stay. The pool area felt overrun and was unusable due to overcrowding, while the jacuzzi water appeared uninviting, possibly contaminated. Housekeeping left much to be desired-with dirty items left in the shower and a lack of essential toiletries. The atmosphere outside with disturbances from loud guests created a frustrating experience during the New Year's Eve weekend.

The hotel was sooooo noisy! I didn't sleep the whole time I ws athere! there were various teams staying there as well and they were talking in the hallways, going in/out of their rooms all night and then up early making noise in the halls too! I wish the person who checked us in has not given us a room that was right in the middle of the team!

While spending the weekend at SpringHill Suites with my family, we enjoyed the entire pool and spa by ourselves. The four of us were the only patrons visiting the pool and spa. I also spent lots of our downtime in the 24 hr. Workout facility. The workout room was amazing. The equipment was clean and great. It had everything I needed for a great, enjoyable workout. And again, I was alone in the room, and had all the tv's and equipment to myself. Our room was nice as well. It was nice to have a living room area, as well as a bedding area. We very much enjoyed our stay - once SpringHill Suites found our Booked.net reservation.
The check-in clerk couldn't find our reservation, and wasn't super helpful in getting it corrected. However, we utilized the lobby computer/internet and connected Booked.net. We found Booked.net's contact number, and called them on our cellphone. After explaining our situation (even though we had our confirmation paperwork with us), the customer service rep. From Booked.net called the SpringHill Suites front desk, and helped the clerk find our reservation. After that mess, things were finally all good with our stay.

I spent here 1 nice day and will be back. The hotel was wonderful with good and decent location really close to shopping centers and very good restaurants. Exceptionally friendly staff, I greatly enjoyed warm welcome. The breakfast was free with scrambled eggs from powder mix.

The room layout was a bit strange and the bathroom toilet paper on the wall across from the toilet was really inconveinent. Almost had to walk to it!

Family with children will find it enjoyable, but not without quirks!
The room was surprisingly spaced out, leaving room for my son to stretch out on that big couch instead of crawling into some cramped sofa bed. Breakfast was a total disaster but I must admit the oatmeal bar was a highlight among the chaos of everything else not being stocked properly.

For the most part the staff was genuinely attentive and caring. The second night we were there, I couldn't sleep so I went downstairs to use the computer. Steven, the night clerk made me coffee and made me feel right at home.
One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. The first night we were there, I got 2nd and 3rd degree burns. I reported it and was told it was probably an allergic reaction. Since I immediately went from the hot tub to the pool to cool my skin, I had water-filled blisters that ended up popping and bleeding before we finished our stay. The check-out staff was very concerned and Pam the manager took a report. I have followed up with my dr but it's a shame that I was not comfortable going back to the pool area. It decreased the time we spent relaxing on our vacation. Pam called a few days later but I feel that I have been "blown off" since I didn't need to be hospitalized.

The spacious queen suite provided ample room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near Tinkers Creek Viaduct Park, where we had a fun family outing exploring nature.
In my wife's opinion, the pool area was overcrowded. It would be great if the hotel could implement a reservation system for the pool, allowing families to enjoy it more peacefully.
